The kindergartners were very lucky to have some visitors to their classes this week. Several 5th-grade students volunteered to come to class to assist the kindergartners with the spelling and pronunciation of their new color word "Verde", which means green. The 5th graders practiced their Spanish as well, by reading the "Verde" booklet to their group of students. It was a fun activity for all! Thank you Mrs. Zaremba for sharing photos of our Buddy Groups!!
Miss Elliott`s fourth grade has been investigating how ice can shape the Earth. In today's experiment, students worked together to slowly slide glaciers across a landscape, noticing how it carves through the land underneath, deposits material as it melts, and creates new landforms like lakes and valleys!
