Valentine’s Day was a big success! Thank you to all the parent helpers that came in to make it extra special and full of LOVE.
On Tuesday, February 21st, we will kick off RGS Book Madness. Each week for the next 8 weeks, classes will read books and vote on their favorite title as a class. The winner of each round will move on to compete in the next round. After Spring Break we will name our RGS Book Madness Champion! Thank you to our incredible PTO for purchasing a Book Madness Bracket!

Happy Valentine’s Day! RGS participated in the “Valentines For Seniors Card Drive”. When Ms. Schwab dropped the cards off last week, we were informed that our cards helped put them over the 3000 mark! Thank you to all our classrooms that participated.
Mrs. Baker’s students worked on a STEM activity creating snow crystals after reading "The Story of Snow" this past week. They learned that snow crystals have 6 "arms" or sides, and they kept this detail in mind when building their own snow crystals.

A whole lot of shaking is going on in 4th grade! Ms. Rett’s class completed a lab to see if a mountain would last forever by shaking up sugar cubes. They were able to see the effects of weathering, erosion, and deposition.
Ms. Schmitt has been working hard with our Kindergarten students for their music concert. TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT! Please wish them well! Show starts at 6PM!
Mrs. Nieft's 5th Graders were rooting for FPS yesterday! “Good Luck FPS!! We know you are going to be amazing!” They did a great job!!
