The first graders created fall scenes using Pixie software this week in the computer lab. Each pumpkin was perfect in its own way!





Mrs. McRae’s fourth-grade students showed great focus in art class while working on creating observational drawings in their sketchbooks.





Last Friday, 2nd Grade was practicing playing mallet instruments as an ensemble.


3rd grade students played "Bounce High, Bounce Low" in music class today.


For the record, we did not plan on wearing the same colors today!


The October lunch menu is now available.

Guardian, the Superhero, visited SGE today, encouraging the students to BE A H.E.R.O (Helping Everyone Respect Others). Guardian ripped a phone book in half, bent a steel bar, and broke a baseball bat!









A few of our 4th graders helped in the ECE classroom today with their self-portraits.





REMINDER!
The Village of Spring Grove has installed "No Left Turn" signs in front of the school. Please be aware of the following restrictions:
* No left-hand turns are allowed when exiting the school parking lot.
* No left-hand turns are allowed from Main Street going east into the parking lot.
* These restrictions apply Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Note: District buses are permitted to make left-hand turns during these times.

Third graders in Ms. Primus’s class working on collages. All students in first through fifth grades have been working hard on their creative problem-solving in art class by using many supplies to create their own unique collage.





This Friday, September 6, is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 11:45 AM. There are no early childhood classes on early release days.
